These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between the company operating the baji10x platform and all registered members. By creating an account on baji10x, you are deemed to have fully accepted these Terms.

These terms apply to all services on baji10x — including Sports Betting, Live Casino, slots, virtual sports, e-sports, and any other products or services offered on the platform.

These terms and conditions are available in both English and Bengali. In the event of any discrepancy, the English version shall be considered the authoritative text.

To open and use an account on baji10x, the following conditions must be met:

Baji10x offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. While each bonus has its own specific terms, the following general rules apply to all:

• To withdraw a bonus, a specified amount must be wagered — this is known as the wagering requirement.
• For the welcome bonus, the wagering requirement is typically applied to the combined total of the deposit and bonus amount — 15x to 25x must be wagered.
• There is a set deadline to complete wagering requirements — typically between 7 and 30 days.

Baji10x reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time. If bonus abuse is proven — such as arbitrage betting or group bonusing — all bonuses and associated winnings on the account in question will be forfeited.

All betting activity on baji10x is governed by clearly defined rules. For Sports Betting:

• Once a bet is submitted, it cannot be changed until it is fully settled.
• If a match is cancelled before it begins, the bet will be voided and the stake returned.
• Win or loss outcomes are determined based on official results. Should a result be revised at a later date, the original decision will remain in effect.
• If a bet is accepted at an incorrect price due to a technical error, baji10x reserves the right to recalculate and settle the bet at the correct odds.

Cashout Rules: When a cash-out is offered, the value reflects fair market price at that moment. Cash-outs may be delayed or declined due to server issues — baji10x is not liable in such cases.

Accumulator Bet: If any single selection in an accumulator loses, the entire bet is lost. Any voided selections are removed and the odds are recalculated based on the remaining selections.

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account:

• Creating multiple accounts or using accounts registered under family members' names to claim bonuses.
• Using false or someone else's identity documents during registration.
• Arbitrage Betting — placing opposing bets across different platforms to guarantee a risk-free profit.
• Bonus Washing — registering solely to claim a bonus and then placing systematic low-risk bets to meet wagering requirements.
• Attempting to gain an unfair advantage by hacking the system or using unauthorized software.
• Selling, transferring, or allowing another person to use your account.

Baji10x is not liable for losses arising from the following:

• Bets lost or odds missed due to internet disconnection.
• Login credentials or account access lost due to the user's own error.
• Delays or failures caused by third-party payment services (bKash, Nagad, etc.).
• Temporary service interruptions due to unexpected technical issues.

Dispute Resolution: Any complaints regarding a bet or transaction must be submitted to the support team within 30 days of the incident. The decision made by baji10x's management will be considered final.
